(NASDAQ: SSH) (ASX: SHC) announced today the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 2,875,000 shares of its common stock, which includes the full overallotment of 375,000 shares, at a price to the public of $5.25 per share. The net proceeds from the sale of shares by Sunshine Heart, after underwriting discounts and other offering expenses, total approximately $14.0 million.
