Accredited guide dog owners say proliferation of service dogs causing problems, affecting safety

Avril Rinn with her guide dog Louie. Rinn said they're encountering more dogs in public buildings that don't have Louie's level of training, a situation that's creating access problems for her and other guide dog owners.

The owner of a guide dog trained by a certified training program says the proliferation of service dogs is causing her problems accessing public spaces.
