Prosecutor Nathalie Kléber delivered her closing arguments before a Quebec court judge on Friday, arguing that former Montreal mayor Michael Applebaum orchestrated a strategy of corruption when he was a borough mayor, using his political aide to collect tens of thousands of dollars in bribes on his behalf.
