For a second day, Prime Minister Stephen Harper insisted his party did nothing wrong by commissioning a series of robocalls aimed at Saskatchewan residents about proposed changes to electoral boundaries in federal ridings. He also said ‘hundreds and hundreds’ oppose the changes.
